A Child's Logic

If you like Garfield or Family circus, this might be for you. I am a very attentive parent and, I love to speak for my youngest child who has not begun to develop a large vocabulary so it's fun for me to see the things that he does and, think about how it was when I was that age. It brings back memories of my two oldest as well and, makes me laugh and. I’d like to think it gives me a unique perspective, as a parent and writer. I hope this missive to be a humorous moment in your daily routine.

“TODAY IS THE DAY!!! Not only is my new room done but, I can sleep in my racecar toddler bed!
Now I have but two things to ponder; First of all, Racecar spelled backwards is still ‘racecar’ …WEIRD.
And, should I refuse to sleep in it tonight so Dad doesn’t feel like I’m growing up too fast?"
